    #1: Love'm 4 Life Wellness Program

After the initial consultation( more if needed)and an understanding of the family's needs and goals, a resiliency plan (includes all in the village that impacts the child's life) will be developed to include the child's whole life. The overall goal of the program will focus on the kind of person the child wants to be to improve in behavior, and overall life to be Resilient when challenges and struggles come up:

    • physically- how we feel about our outward appearance
    • mentally- how and what we think
    • emotionally- how and what we feel
    • educationally- the knowledge and skills
    • spiritually- my core beliefs and values
    • socially- family and friends
    • financially- material things, money

After the initial consultation more pressing matters of the child may need to be addressed right away, for instance, if the child is having problems with an IEP or 504 plan, or behavioral problems in school or at home, etc..

We will address these challenges first and then develop the Love'm 4 Life wellness plan to benefit the child's overall well-being and that of the family.

    #2: Parent/Caregiver Self-Care Resiliency Program

After the initial consultation with the family, and the child is on their way with a resiliency plan...it's time for Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Older Sibling, Uncle, Aunt...or whomever the child's caregiver is to Become Nothing But Resilient!

You're The Chief In Their Village, You Must Be Well For Them To Be Well!

The plan is similar to the Love'm 4 Life Wellness Program. A parent-to-parent consultation will determine the needs of the parent or caregiver. The program will help parents and caregivers understand what kind of parent they are and the kind of parent they want to be for the benefit of all!

In addition to learning what kind of person they want to be physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially, and financially, parents will learn core qualities or values to balance out their life as parents with a child struggling with a brain-based disorder, and as a result experience less fatigue, and more control and joy.

    • The program plan is individualized one-on-one with me as your support and wellness coach and group-based to interact with other parents and caregivers.

#3: I Need Empathy & A little Help To Be Resilient Program

Not everyone has a family member or friend that understands the struggle of Mental Illness.

    THE STIGMA IS REAL!
Time and time again, people who struggle with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and other brain-based disorders hear these words:

    • You're seeking attention
    • Just get over it
    • Let it Go
    • Just think Positive, You're blessed to be alive
    • You're just lazy
    • You need to be on medicine, and then you'll be fine
    • I get down sometimes too, you'll feel better soon
    • It'll Be okay, just hang in there

If you're saying this to someone who struggles with mental illness PLEASE STOP! You Could Be Causing More Grief!
